Why they came to us
A WA glass manufacturer was running a growing factory on whiteboards, spreadsheets and tribal knowledge. Machine status, cutting queues and production runs lived in separate places — quoting was slow, scheduling was guesswork, and nobody could see the floor in real time.
What we built
We replaced the lot with a full manufacturing ERP — orders, scheduling, shop-floor control and cutting queues in one system — with an AI assistant embedded in the daily workflow. The “Westy AI” story was covered by 7NEWS Regional WA.
